Learning new things can boost your wellbeing by helping you to stay curious, focused and engaged. There are many ways to do this very simply- it doesn’t have to be a big formal qualification.ÌýWhy not try learning to do something with a friend or family member, or visit another one of the keys for inspiration, such as exercising and relating.ÌýÌý
