16-19 Bursary Fund
If your family is on a low income or in receipt of benefits you may be eligible for financial assistance from the 16-19 Bursary Fund. This fund is provided by the government but is administered by schools and colleges who also set their own assessment and allocation criteria.
At 91撸男视频 Deane鈥檚 we prioritise transport costs as these can often be substantial. Our aim is to cover all your transport costs if you qualify for support from the Bursary Fund, although we cannot guarantee this until we know how many applications we receive each year. We also aim to provide support with the cost of books and materials and trips and visits that are linked directly to your course.
Students who are in care, a care leaver, living independently and receiving Income Support or Universal Credit or receiving DLA or PIP as well as ESA or Universal Credit can apply for a Vulnerable Bursary of up to 拢1,200 per year.
The bursary application system is now open for current students only.
We will update this page for students looking to join the College in September 2024 in the spring when the new guidance becomes available.

To be eligible for Free College Meals students or their parents must be receiving certain benefits or have been in receipt of Free School Meals at high school.
Free College Meals Guidance 2023-24
Foundation Governors鈥� Fund
If you are doing a period of voluntary service between College and University or competing at regional, national or international level in sport you may apply for a grant to assist with costs. Applications should be made in writing to the Principal and the Foundation Governors who administer a charitable trust.
