Freedom of Information


 

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) gives a “general right of access” to the recorded information held by 91ߣƵ Deane’s Sixth Form College (defined as a public authority in the Act). It also outlines any exemptions from that general right of access. The College therefore has a number of obligations that it must meet when responding to requests for information.

If you want to make a request for information, as per the terms and conditions of the Act, then you can do so by contacting:

If, once you have done this, you feel that the College has not dealt with your request in accordance with the terms and conditions of the FOIA, you can contact in writing:
