Being resilient is not always easy, but can always be learned.

All of us willÌýexperienceÌýfailure, stress or trauma in our lives, but how we respond to these can have a large impact on our overall wellbeing.Ìý

Dr Ann Masten, describes it as ‘ordinary magic’ noting that it comes from our normal, everyday capabilities, relationships and resources. Being resilient includes learning, adapting, reaching out for support and finding good and healthy ways to respond.ÌýÌý
